Great model!

Id try to get more obvious animations though... if the animation is more obvious it may help add value to it for those who were expecting a game.

the biggest issue i see is your animations are rather stiff and robotic.
you seem to be using Pose to pose animation style.... but you dont have enough key poses for the action to be defined.
id say try to define the action a bit more.
be sure to use video reference.

the second biggest problem is the Bone Weights on your mesh seem to be pretty inaccurate..... or your joint positions are off.... or it could be an issue with topology in your model..... it could be an issue with anyone of those or a combination of the 3... i honestly couldn't tell for sure with out seeing the model. Deforming a model with a rig is very complicated as im sure your well aware. so forgive me if im a bit off base... at the very least id recommend to check your joint placements.

this is a good reference for joint placement and well.... rigging/skinning in general.
this site is aimed at maya... but alot of it is general enough to be used in blender, Sfm, 3dsmax. or what ever program you prefer.

in General id say this is really really close... but it Lacks alot of Polish.
