very little in the way of animation man.... might as well be a still image. but all the same its rather nice.

True; I have been making some deliberately serene GIFs lately, where you might not even notice it's moving at first. And if your internet is slow, then it IS a still image!

couple of thoughts.
generally speaking low light conditions are a bad idea due to how hard it is to get it right.
if you insisted on this i would say you could likely make your key light stronger to help with the contrast
add some head light flares to really make it pop.
maybe you could also add an under glow under the vehicle so we could make out its position in space.
in addition you could add some volumetrics for the headlights to play with... maybe some exhaust from the car or maybe so dust particles in the air would be good.

Really good man!
the only thing i could criticize would be that the girl on the far right has inconsistent thigh thickness by a pretty large margin.

but despite that id say you've got a really appealing art style.

honestly its alittle hard to make out the form. some more solid shading would likely fix this.
its also pretty bland. you could add some flare to it by having the center symbol glow.
maybe add in some Foreshortening and blur? idk. ive not played destiny so im not sure what would be appropriate for this character.
